Support and events available to students over the winter break

The Wellbeing Team wishes all students a wonderful winter break. For any student staying in Brighton for the break, we have compiled a list of events running for you to attend if you like.
Minimum service days
The minimum service days are inclusive of Monday 23 December until Wednesday 1 January (back on Tuesday 2 January), but please do note that staffing may be reduced until Monday 6 January as some staff members take this opportunity for annual leave.
Togetherall
is a 24/7 digital platform offering anonymous peer support for mental health. It provides a safe, moderated space for users to share experiences, connect with others, and access self-help tools. It fosters resilience and wellbeing through community support and guided resources for personal growth.

Winter break schedule
5-22 DEC
Brighton Winter Fayre: The all-new Brighton Winter Fayre at St Peter’s Square. Spanning over three festive weekends, this magical event offers something for everyone.
6 DEC | 2-5pm
ResLife’s Annual Inter-halls Basketball Tournament: or on the day and represent one of the accommodation areas in our annual inter halls basketball tournament at the Sports Centre.
7-23 DEC
Brighton Lights: Explore a light trail beyond the walled garden, through Stanmer’s famous orchard, and walk through the beautifully illuminated Palm House.
