1283When reviewing a Word document text appears in 'boxes' in the right hand margin, linked to changes in the document.
These are called balloons and you can hide them in your document.
- You must be in Print Layout mode (click icon on the bottom of the Word screen).
- From the Review Tab, Tracking Group, click Show Markup
- Move the mouse to rest on the Balloons command
- Choose an option:
Show All Revisions Inline: both insertions and deletions will be shown in the body of the document and comments wil be shown as Tooltips.
Show Only Comments and Formatting in Balloons: both insertions and deletions will be shown in the body of the document and comments and formatting changes will be displayed in balloons.
