RESOLVED - Problems opening Office files in Box - Wednesday 12 March

Box are reporting that there are issues this morning for some customers when opening Office files stored in Box. A number of Sussex customers have reported this issue to IT Services. We will monitor the Box status page and update here when we believe that Box have resolved the issue.
UPDATE: 12 Mar 2025 - 1:34pm
Box are now reporting that the issue with opening Office files in Box has been resolved. We recommend signing out of Box and back in again before attempting to open Microsoft files.
