Facilities management
All non-residential buildings are assigned to one of four facilities management zones.
All requests for maintenance, cleaning etc. should be raised via the Service Centre in the first instance.
This helps us to raise the task and send the right person over to help more quickly. Our Facilities Managers and Coordinators are available to help advise and support with longer term works and general building maintenance.

To ensure that our non-residential campus (academic, professional services, and third-party buildings) receive fast and efficient services, and are supported with all aspects of keeping campus running, our services are structured into the following services: cleaning, logistics, and general facilities management.
All buildings are separated into four zones, plus the residences, each with a dedicated full time Facilities Manager and Facilities Coordinator available to respond to inquiries and help with keeping your building running day-to-day.
