This module helps you learn how to handle negotiations, both for immediate, practical situations and long-term plans. Negotiating involves many different skills and areas of knowledge, so this module takes a well-rounded approach. You'll look at how organisations work, as well as the human and psychological side of negotiations, with the goal of making you better at it.
You'll get a clear understanding of how negotiations work and learn how to create strategies and tactics for different situations. You'll study the basics, practice through role-playing and real-life scenarios (including video feedback), and get chances to develop and test your skills in a hands-on way.
